Yes, in case EI Mate Box doesn’t work for your child, which is rare…Just send us an email within 10 days of receiving the first box and we will cancel your subscription for the remaining boxes and promptly refund the remaining amount to your bank account. Please note that if the subscription is cancelled the customer has to pay the price of the individual box which is not under subscription discount offer and will have to pay the price of the box/ boxes as single purchases and not under subscription.
