Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel the order, simply call our support at +91 8766665828. Once cancelled, the balance amount from the subscription will be refunded to your account within 10 business days after deducting for the delivered boxes.

How long will the refund take?

In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and refund should get credited in your account within 7 business days. On the cancellation of the subscription, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

How can I exchange/return a box?

You can choose to cancel future orders / subscriptions, but once the product is opened it cannot be exchanged / returned. A box once shipped cannot be exchanged/ returned.

How can I cancel my El Mate Box purchase?

You can cancel the purchase through a direct call on our support +91 8766665828 within 3 days from the date if purchase. Once cancelled, the refund amount will be credited to your within 10 business days.
